Obama Lied About C-Span

Obama promised to televise health care debates in C-Span, but he didn't keep his promise.  He made this promise in his several speeches. He said he would televise the health care debate so that the American people would be able to understand what is going to happen to their future. Did he break his promise or was this an out right lie? The Obama administration and the democrats are far from transparent and they are not going to show us everything especially when it is not of benefit for them.  

Obama approves taxes on health plans even though he promised not to raise taxes. He said he would not waste taxpayer money and would track how all money was spent, yet his stimulus money went to fake districts, dead people, and phantom zip codes. More broken promises or is it all lies? You decide.
